Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp oil for brushing or spraying
Optional sides:
  • Salsa
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
Optional garnish:
  • Fresh chopped cilantro

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon
  • Tongs
  • Brush or oil spray

Method
 

Prep
  1. Warm tortillas slightly (microwave 15–20 seconds) to prevent cracking
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with taco seasoning
  3. Shred cheese if not pre-shredded
Instructions
  1. Lay tortillas flat and add chicken and cheese evenly to each
  2. Roll tightly into a log shape (like a taquito/crispito)
  3. Lightly brush or spray each with oil
  4. Place seam-side down in air fryer basket
  5. Air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes
  6. Flip halfway through cooking
  7. Cook until golden brown and crispy
  8. Serve hot with dipping sides

Notes

  • Don’t overfill or they’ll open while cooking
  • Spray lightly with oil for extra crispiness
  • Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding
