Prep
- Warm tortillas slightly (microwave 15–20 seconds) to prevent cracking
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with taco seasoning
- Shred cheese if not pre-shredded
Instructions
- Lay tortillas flat and add chicken and cheese evenly to each
- Roll tightly into a log shape (like a taquito/crispito)
- Lightly brush or spray each with oil
- Place seam-side down in air fryer basket
- Air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes
- Flip halfway through cooking
- Cook until golden brown and crispy
- Serve hot with dipping sides
Notes
- Don’t overfill or they’ll open while cooking
- Spray lightly with oil for extra crispiness
- Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding
