- Pat salmon dry
- Remove skin if needed
- Cut salmon into evenly sized 1 to 1.5 inch cubes for even cooking
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F
- In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with soy sauce, honey, garlic, and oil
- Place salmon bites in air fryer basket in a single layer
- Air fry 7–9 minutes until caramelized and cooked through
- Optional: brush with extra sauce after cooking for more glaze

- Do not overcrowd the basket
- Slightly larger cubes stay juicier inside
