- Slice beef VERY thin against the grain
- Slice onion and bell pepper
- Mince garlic
- Crack fresh black pepper if possible
Instructions
- Heat a skillet or wok until very hot.
- Add oil and quickly sear beef for 1–2 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add onion and bell pepper and cook until slightly softened.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Return beef to the pan.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cracked black pepper.
- Toss everything together for 1–2 minutes until glossy and coated.
- Serve hot over white rice.

- Slice beef thinly for the most tender texture.
- Fresh cracked black pepper gives the best flavor.
- Great for meal prep and reheats well.
- Add broccoli or mushrooms for extra vegetables.
