- Slice jalapeños and remove seeds
- Mix cream cheese and cheddar until smooth
Instructions
- Fill each jalapeño half with cheese mixture
- Wrap each jalapeño with a slice of bacon
- Place on a lined baking sheet
- Bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes until bacon is crispy
- Let cool slightly and serve
Notes
- Remove seeds for less heat (keep some for extra spice)
- Use thin bacon for better crisping
- Flip halfway through for even cooking (optional)
- Can air fry at 375°F for ~12–15 minutes
