- Shred cooked chicken (rotisserie works great)
- Let cream cheese soften at room temp for easier mixing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- In a bowl, mix chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch, and softened cream cheese until fully combined
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese
- Spread mixture evenly into a baking dish
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until hot and bubbly
- Optional: broil 1–2 minutes for a slightly golden top
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken to save time
- Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat
- Serve with chips, crackers, celery, or toasted bread
- Can be made ahead and baked later
