PREP:
- Dice onion
- Mince or press garlic
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned
- Add diced onion and cook 3–4 minutes until softened
- Add garlic and cook 30 seconds
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer
- Add ramen noodles and cook until soft
- Stir in heavy cream
- Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened
- Garnish with green onion (optional) and serve
Notes
- Do not use ramen seasoning packets
- Adjust thickness with more broth if needed
- Great for meal prep
- Add chili flakes for heat
