Creamy Beef Ramen Skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 packs ramen no seasoning packets
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional garnish: green onion

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Knife
  • Spatula
  • Cutting Board
  • Garlic Press (optional but recommended)

Method
 

PREP:
  1. Dice onion
  2. Mince or press garlic
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned
  2. Add diced onion and cook 3–4 minutes until softened
  3. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds
  4. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer
  5. Add ramen noodles and cook until soft
  6. Stir in heavy cream
  7. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened
  8. Garnish with green onion (optional) and serve

Notes

  • Do not use ramen seasoning packets
  • Adjust thickness with more broth if needed
  • Great for meal prep
  • Add chili flakes for heat
