- Slice bananas lengthwise

- Continue cooking until caramelized and golden brown.
Notes
- Use bananas that are ripe but still firm for best texture.
- Do not overcrowd the skillet or the bananas may become mushy.
- Add vanilla ice cream for an easy restaurant-style dessert.
- A drizzle of honey or chocolate sauce works great on top.
- These are also amazing over pancakes or waffles.
