Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Hard taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Method
 

Prep
  1. Dice onion and red bell pepper
  2. Preheat oven for taco shells (follow package instructions)
Instructions
  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned
  2. Add diced onion and red bell pepper
  3. Cook until vegetables are soft
  4. Add taco seasoning and stir well
  5. Simmer a few minutes until everything is coated
  6. Warm taco shells in the oven according to package instructions
  7. Fill shells with beef mixture
  8. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese
  9. Serve immediately

Notes

  • You can replace ground beef with turkey or chicken for a lighter, healthier option
  • Add sour cream, salsa, or guacamole for extra flavor
  • Warm shells just before serving to keep them crispy
