- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and lightly golden. Remove shrimp from skillet.
- Lower heat slightly and add minced garlic. Cook about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in honey, sriracha, and soy sauce mixture. Stir well.
- Simmer sauce for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened and glossy.
- Return shrimp to the skillet and toss until evenly coated in the glaze.
- Garnish with sliced green onions if desired and serve immediately.
