  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Optional garnish: sliced green onion

Method
 

Prep
  1. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels
  2. Mince garlic
  3. Slice green onions if using garnish
  4. Mix honey, sriracha, and soy sauce in a small bowl
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and lightly golden. Remove shrimp from skillet.
  3. Lower heat slightly and add minced garlic. Cook about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in honey, sriracha, and soy sauce mixture. Stir well.
  5. Simmer sauce for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened and glossy.
  6. Return shrimp to the skillet and toss until evenly coated in the glaze.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired and serve immediately.
