- Cube chicken into bite-sized pieces
- Mince garlic
- Optional: prep parsley and lemon wedges
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
- Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper
- Toss everything together and cook until chicken is fully done
- Garnish and serve
Notes
- Great served over rice, pasta, or with roasted vegetables
- Don’t overcrowd the pan or the chicken won’t sear properly
- Add a little butter at the end for extra richness (optional)
