  • 8 slices provolone cheese torn into pieces
  • 1 cup freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup reserved Mississippi Pot Roast gravy
  • cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped

Prep
  1. Prepare Air Fryer French Fries according to recipe instructions.
  2. Prepare Mississippi Pot Roast according to recipe instructions.
  3. Reserve 1½ pounds shredded pot roast.
  4. Reserve ¼ cup pot roast gravy.
  5. Preheat oven to 400°F.
Instructions
    Build the Loaded Fries
    1. Spread hot Air Fryer French Fries evenly onto a sheet pan or oven-safe platter.
    2. Distribute shredded Mississippi Pot Roast evenly over the fries.
    3. Drizzle reserved pot roast gravy over the beef.
    4. Scatter provolone pieces evenly across the fries.
    5. Sprinkle shredded sharp cheddar evenly over the top.
    Melt the Cheese
    1. Place loaded fries into the oven.
    2. Bake for 5–8 minutes.
    3. Remove once the cheese is fully melted and the beef is heated through.
    4. Do not overbake or the fries may lose crispness.
    Finish
    1. Drizzle ranch dressing in a zig-zag pattern across the entire platter.
    2. Sprinkle generously with fresh chopped parsley.
    3. Serve immediately while hot.
