Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Prep:
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry
  3. Season lightly with salt and pepper
  4. In a bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and olive oil
Instructions:
  1. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish or sheet pan
  2. Pour sauce over chicken and coat evenly
  3. Bake for 30–35 minutes until cooked through
  4. Baste halfway through cooking for extra flavor (optional)
  5. Broil for 2–3 minutes to caramelize the top (optional but recommended)
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
  7. Spoon extra sauce over the top before serving

Notes

  • Patting the chicken dry helps the sauce stick better
  • Don’t skip broiling — this gives you that sticky, caramelized finish
  • Adjust hot sauce to control spice level
  • Use low-sodium soy sauce if needed
  • Leftovers reheat great and taste even better the next day
