Prep:
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Pat chicken thighs dry
- Season lightly with salt and pepper
- In a bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and olive oil
Instructions:
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish or sheet pan
- Pour sauce over chicken and coat evenly
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until cooked through
- Baste halfway through cooking for extra flavor (optional)
- Broil for 2–3 minutes to caramelize the top (optional but recommended)
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
- Spoon extra sauce over the top before serving
Notes
- Patting the chicken dry helps the sauce stick better
- Don’t skip broiling — this gives you that sticky, caramelized finish
- Adjust hot sauce to control spice level
- Use low-sodium soy sauce if needed
- Leftovers reheat great and taste even better the next day
