  • 2 oz rum
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • Splash of grenadine

  • Pineapple wedge for garnish
  • Fresh mint
  • Maraschino cherries

Method
 

Prep
  1. Slice pineapple garnish
  2. Wash mint leaves
  3. Fill glass with ice
Instructions
  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the rum, pineapple juice, and orange juice.
  3. Add a splash of grenadine.
  4. Stir lightly to combine.
  5. Garnish with pineapple wedge, mint, and cherries.
