Prep
- Mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
- Mix burger sauce ingredients together.
- Preheat skillet or flat top over medium-high heat.
Instructions
- Roll beef mixture into 12 small meat balls.
- Place meat balls onto hot skillet and smash thin with a spatula.
- Cook 2–3 minutes until crispy edges form.
- Flip and immediately top with cheese.
- Cook another 1–2 minutes until cheese melts.
- Spread burger sauce onto bottom half of Hawaiian rolls.
- Layer sliders onto rolls and add pickles or onions if desired.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 350°F for 5–7 minutes until warm and slightly toasted.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- Use 80/20 beef for the juiciest sliders.
- Don’t overcrowd the skillet or the burgers will steam instead of crisp.
- Hawaiian rolls add the perfect sweet-and-savory balance.
- These are excellent for meal prep, parties, and game day trays.
